| Western Regional Early Intervention Conference |
Participants in this workshop will learn about the most current researched-based strategies to help young children with and without disabilities and/or who are English Language Learners develop the specific skills and abilities identified by the NELP as necessary for literacy development. Emphasis will be placed on holding cognitive-level conversations with children, interactive reading, and curricular adaptations for increased meaning for all children. Participants will develop plans to infuse NELP findings into their work in their own programs.
